Stephanie Nawrocki–Financial Representative of Centra Financial Group
Stephanie spent her childhood years watching her single mother—originally a waitress—sprout a flourishing business as a Japanese restaurant owner in Webster, New York. Her mother’s tenacity–combined with her sharp mind as a business owner, inspired her to push beyond any perceived limitations in her life. Stephanie became the first member of her family to attend and graduate from college—earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and political science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Stephanie was the president and captain of the SUNY Geneseo Collegiate Quidditch team—the first transgender-inclusive sport that is a combination of rugby and European handball. Stephanie is also a member of LORA (Lesbians of Rochester & Allies)—A support group for lesbian, bisexual, gay, queer, transgender women, and allies. She firmly believes that the new generation of financial professionals must include individuals from all walks of life, and she is excited to combine her personal experiences with her comprehensive knowledge to help her clients achieve their most ambitious financial goals.
In her spare time, Stephanie works with SNORT Rescue (Short Nose Only Rescue Team) a nonprofit organization that rescues brachycephalic dogs (mostly French Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Pugs, and English Bulldogs) from shelters and owners who can no longer keep them. Stephanie is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan—never leaving the house without her Fred Jackson jersey on Sunday afternoons. As the oldest sister of three young brothers, Stephanie can be found frantically gluing school projects together while also counting her remaining days of sanity until the next Frozen movie is released.
Stephanie wholeheartedly believes that her work makes a positive difference in the lives of her clients. Navigating the murky waters of the financial world is a daunting task that her clients never have to venture alone. Stephanie joins the Centra team ready to not only serve her clients—but also to build lasting lifelong relationships with them.
