Provides HIV prevention education and case management services. Training and technical assistance to service providers. Resource library open to public. All services free and confidential. Tuesdays, Wednesdays 1-4pm, provided through NYSDOH, Thursdays 1-4pm at Aenon Baptist Church, 175 Genesee St.

EISEP (Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program) is designed for adults 60+ years living in Monroe County who need assistance with the activities of everyday life.

Case Managers help to arrange for a variety of services to keep the person safe and independent in their home. The program also offers a sliding fee for the following services:

* housekeeping (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

* personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

* respite at Social Adult Day Programs

Legal Services for Positive Families & Individuals

The Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project’s “Legal Services for Positive Families & Individuals” provides free legal services to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. The program serves eight counties including Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Genesee, and Wyoming.  Legal services include but are not limited to health care issues, family law, housing issues, end of life planning, care and custody planning, and discrimination and confidentiality.
