The Gay American Smoke Out is an opportunity for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) individuals to challenge themselves to quit smoking. It is also an opportunity for LGBT organizations to provide resources for quitting and host fun events to raise awareness about tobacco use.

A quit site for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender smokers.

This website is designed to provide and evaluate smoking treatments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender smokers. This smoking treatment research program has been developed by faculty from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) along with LGBT health professionals. Over the past 20 years the UCSF faculty has developed and evaluated innovative methods for helping smokers quit.

The purpose of this project is to develop and evaluate programs designed to help lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender smokers quit smoking.
