Scott Fearing has been the Executive Director of the Out Alliance since October of 2013. He joined The Out Alliance as the Program Director in 2007 where he was primarily responsible for the Education and Training Program. He moved to Rochester in 2006 from Minneapolis where he worked for nearly 15 years as the Senior Director for OutFront Minnesota, a statewide LGBT organization. A graduate of St Cloud State University with a program focus on Inter-cultural Communications and adult education, Fearing has provided consultation and training to many public and private sector organizations around the country, his areas of expertise include, Health Care, Senior Issues, Law Enforcement and Crime Victim Services.

He moved to Rochester when his partner decided to pursue a career change, and became a student in the School of American Arts and Crafts at RIT registered through NTID.
